In plain language
PageRock provides web hosting services to you, the client, and you're bound to this agreement from your first use of the service. It's governed under the laws of the United States, and it's the entire understanding between us — no side deals, no hidden addenda. Initial rates are communicated up front and guaranteed for one year from activation.
We ask for the ordinary things in return: don't host content you don't have the rights to, don't consume resources far beyond what an individual or small business would reasonably use, and don't use the service to harass, defraud, impersonate, or attack anyone. We may monitor for abuse and will act if we find it, and if we're ever legally required to share information with law enforcement, we will.
If we ever believe your account is exposing us to liability, we can suspend or terminate it — but that's the exception, not how this relationship is designed to work. It's designed to work the way the boxes above describe: locked-in pricing, real refunds, real cancellation, and a real person who answers when you write in.
